Meadowbank Residential Care Home

Age Concern Northen Ireland has provided residential care in Omagh since 1993. Our aim in Meadowbank is to provide a warm homely environment specifically for older people with dementia.

Meadowbank provides a high standard of care. IN desiging Meadownbank the emphasis was placed on encouraging independence and preserving the right of older people with dementia to live in a safe and homely environment.

Support is also provided for families, many of whom see Meadowbank as an extension of the family home.

We fully recognise the importance of family involvement and encourage families to take part in all the activities and events that take place.
