Advice Line

For over 10 years Age Concern Northern Ireland have provided an independent, confidential advice and advocacy service aimed at older people, their relatives and friends.

The advice line provides direct access to advice, information and practical support on a wide range of issues including welfare benefits, community care, housing and health and welfare.

Over the past 5 years our advice team have completed over 32,000 pieces of individual work on behalf of older people across Northern Ireland.

This has included helping older people to claim over half a million pounds of unclaimed benefits and helping older people to manage half a million pounds of debt.

The advice line is a free service and advice may be obtained in person, by telephone, post or via email. All enquiries are treated in the strictest confidence.

The advice line service operates from Monday to Friday between 10.00am to 12 noon and 2pm to 4pm and can be contacted on 028 90 325055.
